 Yes! Our real-time customization tool allows you to see a live preview. Additionally, our design team reviews every order to ensure the best photo quality and alignment before printing.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. Since these are personalized items, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Simply contact us at support@teemoria.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we will gladly send you a free replacement!

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways like PayPal and credit cards to ensure your personal and payment information is 100% protected.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our fulfillment timeline consists of two phases:

  1. Production & Processing: It takes 3–7 business days for our team to custom design, quality-check, and print your unique item.

  2. Shipping Time: Once shipped, Standard Shipping takes about 3–20 business days depending on your destination.
    (Please note that during peak holiday seasons, production and shipping times may fluctuate slightly due to high order volumes.)

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we begin the design and production process very quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at support@teemoria.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your item has entered the production phase, we are unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel the order.
