For non-custom eligible items, the fastest way to receive a different item may be to return the original product after approval and place a new order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has entered production, especially for personalized products.
Once a custom item has been produced or shipped, it cannot be canceled due to its personalized nature.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return certain non-custom items within 14 days after receiving your order.
However, this cooling-off period may not apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized.
This does not affect your rights if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
For eligible non-custom returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
